Brisbane Racing Club members (August 2025 - July 2026)

Full Members receive four (4) complimentary Members Reserve Guest Day Passes valid until 31 July 2026. Each of these passes are single use only and can be used at both Eagle Farm and Doomben Racecourses, excluding Stradbroke Season and Tattersal Racedays. Only Members that chose a digital Membership pack will have access to the below. If you have chosen a Membership pack with physical card you will receive your 4x complimentary Members Reserve Guest Day Passes in your pack.

To view tickets, members must register with our ticketing provider Moshtix, using the same email address associated with their membership. If you have any questions, please contact the BRC Membership team via email membership@brc.com.au. 

Full Members can enjoy exclusive access to two bars within the Members Reserve: 

• Derby Bar, Eagle Farm Racecourse 

• Bernborough Bar, Doomben Racecourse 

Members will be required to present their Membership card (Physical or Digital) each time they enter the bar area. Please note, screenshots or saved images of your Membership Card will not be allowed. Strict Member Dress code applies within.

Please note that Member Guest Cards do not grant access to these bars. 

Enjoy early access privileges! As a BRC Member, you can enter the racecourse 30 minutes prior to official gate opening times (excludes mid-week racedays). Please refer to your pre-race day email for details. 

Limited tables are available for reservation by Members each Saturday Raceday. To book, visit our website and head to Raceday and Events Calendar. Choose your preferred Raceday and follow the prompts to make your reservation. Please see our Moshtix Guide.

A Digital Membership offers all the benefits of a standard Membership, except you won’t receive a physical Membership card in the mail. Instead, you’ll receive a Welcome email with a downloadable card for your smartphone’s wallet.

Members will be required to present their Membership card (Physical or Digital) each time they enter the Member-Only bar area. Please note, screenshots or saved images of your Membership Card will not be allowed.

New Members

All new Memberships require final approval from the Brisbane Racing Club Board, who meet at the end of each month. In the unlikely event that your Membership is not approved, funds will be credited back into your account and a notification will be sent to you via email.

Brisbane Racing Club Members have a tradition of dressing smartly in keeping with contemporary racing style.

To avoid inconvenience on raceday, please ensure that your attire, and that of your guests, is appropriate for the Members Reserve and Member-Only bars at each track.

Please Note: This Dress Code only applies in the Members Reserve. In General Admission areas, patrons are encouraged to dress in smart casual attire.

Joggers, thongs and singlets will not be permitted in the Members Reserve Areas.

EAGLE FARM RACECOURSE

At Eagle Farm Racecourse, Member Car Parking is available at the infield carpark via Nudgee Road post the Racecourse Village Shopping Centre. Please proceed through the tunnel where you will need to show your Membership Card (Physical or Digital) to the carpark attendant. 

DOOMBEN RACECOURSE

At Doomben Racecourse, Member Car Parking is available at the infield carpark, with entry through Gate 2 on Nudgee Road. Additional Member parking is also available off Hampden Street. Note that any cars left at Doomben Racecourse overnight can only be collected from 8.30 am on Monday following the raceday.

Accessible parking is available for anyone with an Australian Disabled Parking Permit. You must submit your parking request by 11 am each Friday before the Raceday.

Our dedicated Membership Team is here to assist you from gates open through until the last race of the day. 

At Eagle Farm, you’ll find our concierge at the entrance to the John Power Stand within the Members Reserve. At Doomben, the team are located near the bookies area. 

At the Members Concierge, you will have access to a range of services and amenities, including but not limited to: 

• Membership inquiries
• Raceday information
• Complimentary and secure mobile phone charging stations
• Replacement Membership Cards
• Sunscreen and insect repellent
• Credit Balance enquiries

As a valued Member, you can receive pre-raceday email communications keeping you up to date with important information. Keep an eye on your emails as they may land in your junk folder.

Racebooks can be purchased at the Raceday office or the Member Reserve bars at a discounted Member rate. 

Cloakroom facilities are available at the Raceday Office from Members gate opening times. All items must be collected 30 minutes after the last race on track.
