BRISBANE RACING CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Brisbane Racing Club has recently partnered with Ticketmaster as our official ticketing provider.

For BRC Members, this means a more streamlined experience, with easier online access to discounted tickets and hospitality packages all in one place.

Memberships will transition to the new platform at the start of the new season in July 2026, with further details to be shared via email during the renewal period.

Full Members receive four (4) complimentary Members Reserve Guest Day Passes, valid until 31 July 2026.

Each pass is single-use and can be redeemed at both Eagle Farm and Doomben Racecourses, excluding Stradbroke Season and Tattersall’s race days.

New Members can collect their passes from the Membership Concierge Desk on a Saturday race day. Please call the office during business hours to let us know you’ll be attending.

Additional Guest Day Passes can be purchased via Ticketmaster.

Full Members can enjoy exclusive access to two bars within the Members Reserve: 

• Derby Bar, Eagle Farm Racecourse 

• Bernborough Bar, Doomben Racecourse 

Members will be required to present their Membership card (Physical or Digital) each time they enter this space. Please note, screenshots or saved images of your Membership Card will not be allowed. Strict Member Dress code applies within.

Enjoy exclusive early access! As a BRC Member, you can enter the racecourse 30 minutes before the official gate opening time (excluding midweek race days). Be sure to check your pre-raceday email for full details.

Limited tables are available for reservation each Saturday Raceday. To book, visit our website and head to Raceday and Events Calendar. Choose your preferred Raceday and follow the prompts to make your reservation.

A Digital Membership offers all the benefits of a standard Membership, except you won’t receive a physical Membership card in the mail. Instead, you’ll receive a downloadable card for your smartphone’s wallet.

Members will be required to present their Membership card (Physical or Digital) each time they enter the Member-Only bars. Please note, screenshots or saved images of your Membership Card will not be allowed.

New Members

All Memberships types are sold via the Ticketmaster platform. New Members must register with Ticketmaster to access their Digital Membership.

Please note, all new Memberships require final approval from the Brisbane Racing Club Board, who meet at the end of each month. In the unlikely event that your Membership is not approved, funds will be credited back into your account and a notification will be sent to you via email.

Brisbane Racing Club Members have a tradition of dressing smartly in keeping with contemporary racing style.

To avoid inconvenience on race day, please ensure that your attire, and that of your guests, is appropriate for the Members Reserve and Member-Only bars at each track.

Please Note: This Dress Code only applies in the Members Reserve. In General Admission areas, patrons are encouraged to dress in smart casual attire.

Denim, thongs and singlets will not be permitted in the Members Reserve Areas.

Accessible parking is available for anyone with an Australian Disabled Parking Permit. Please submit your parking request by 11 am Friday before the Raceday.

Our Membership Team is available from gates opening until the afternoon to assist you.

At Eagle Farm, the concierge is located at the entrance to the John Power Stand in the Members Reserve. At Doomben, you’ll find the team near the bookies area.

At the Members Concierge, services include:

• Raceday information
• Free, secure phone charging
• Replacement membership cards
• Sunscreen and insect repellent
• Credit balance enquiries

As a valued Member, you’ll receive pre-raceday emails with important updates and information. It’s important to have a valid email address registered with your membership so you don’t miss key communications.

Be sure to check your inbox (and junk folder), as these emails may include early access to carnival and ticketing, exclusive member offers, early bird opportunities, and other important updates.

Members’ Rewards Days

Get more out of your membership with six (6) exclusive Members’ Rewards Days scheduled between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2026.

On each of these special racedays, Full Members will enjoy:

• A $15 Food & Beverage credit to use on the day
• Two (2) complimentary Members’ Reserve Guest Day passes to share the experience

Please note, credits are valid for use on the day only, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Unlimited Raceday Access: Giddy up club and Stable club members get access to all Racedays at Eagle Farm and Doomben. Please note, a parent or guardian must accompany the member at all times.

Family Raceday Bonus: Complimentary admission for the member plus two (2) parent/guardian tickets on Family Racedays.

Raceday Treats: On Saturday Racedays, members can enjoy one (1) water, juice or soft drink, and one (1) muffin—available at JP Coffee (Eagle Farm) or Bookies Bar (Doomben).

Exclusive Stable Tour: Stable club members receive an infield Stable Tour. The date will be confirmed shortly. Planned for the 18 April 2026. Contact the BRC Membership Team for more details.

Fun Extras: We have kids activity booklets available at the Member Concierge desk.

Full Members can refer a new member and enjoy great rewards.

Receive a $50 Food & Beverage credit for each friend who becomes a Full Member, or receive a $100 credit if they purchase both a Full Membership and Guest Card.

To make sure you receive your reward please notify the Membership Team so the credit can be added to your Member Card upon validation.
